Not sure, but someone may have posted the link somewhere, or made reference to it on some youtube vids re: McDonald vs Chicago.  I can only hope the influx of sigs are all legit, and from IL residents.

I also posted the link to the petition on the "Supporters of the Illinois Concealed Carry Law" group on facebook.  A majority of the members of the group are from the state of Illinois.

Up to 2104 signatures as of 2319 Hours on October 9th, 2009.

I was #975 on Oct 08, but then I posted it up on my Twitter feed and my Facebook status. I know at least a few of the people I know signed it based on that.
