i would like to know myself, they are sitting on their thumbs up there in the isp firearms division imo. first submitted my stuff to ISP and FL non resident carry on 8/1/2018 Florida CCW came to me in mail on 8/29/2018 zero issues, Illinois however sat on my app from 8/1/18 until 10/29 to deny it for a block apparently not being checked, resubmitted same day of 10/29 sat at submitted until 1/27/2019 then went to "QC verified/under review" in the elements, then on 1/28/2019 its reading...
