Per the Second City Blog (http://secondcitycop.blogspot.com), CCL DGU #s are inline with uniformed CPD:

Concealed Carriers have justifiably shot 20 criminals this year (11 dead, 9 wounded).

Chicago Police have shot 22 criminals (11 dead and 11 wounded).

If you follow the link to http://heyjackass.com, you can see the graphic that shows this year's numbers are in line with last years.  Lots of other interesting facts  in the graphics as well.

It seems to me Chicago police should be shooting more criminals.

Too expensive and gets in the way of promotions. Just sit back and let them take care of their own.

I hope we continue to see more legitimate defensive gun uses this year (heyjack*** has the count at 12 CCW to 11 CPD). Not everyone can afford to move out so it would be nice to see justifiably armed civilians doing the work the politicians have made sure the police can't do.

Anyone see that halfway into the first day of the New Year the homicide count was already at 3?

Despite my username I'm glad 2018 will be the first full year im not a Chicago resident.
