soylentgreen Posted May 1, 2018 at 07:25 PM Share Posted May 1, 2018 at 07:25 PM It is a brilliant move to stick it in the eye of the antis specifically and leftists generally.
Wild Bill Posted May 7, 2018 at 08:23 PM Share Posted May 7, 2018 at 08:23 PM I'd love to see large number of other rural counties do the same.
top_notch Posted May 8, 2018 at 01:47 AM Share Posted May 8, 2018 at 01:47 AM It's brilliant. Considering the liberal use of declaring sanctuary cities, basically overriding the law, their exact wording and philosophy is being used against them. I bet they didn't see that one coming! semper1911 Posted May 8, 2018 at 12:33 PM Author Share Posted May 8, 2018 at 12:33 PM I presented it to the Macon county board, we will see. Also, there are a few small cities in free State of Illinois that are looking at doing it too. Go to your county or city board if you live in free State of Illinois and have it brought to the docket.
