Renewal deadline approaching & locked out of ISP website

My conundrum....

 

I took my 3-hour refresher several weeks ago but was unable to shoot the same day due to class size and scheduling conflict. It didn't appear to be a problem as the instructor is in close proximity to me, has a small private range and welcomed me to stop out anytime when mutually convenient. We made contact a few days ago and I was able to visit his range today for the qualifying shoot.

 

All was well until I attempted to complete the online renewal process.

 

In short, I was under the assumption that I would need to re-register with ISP using a new e-mail due to my initial registration/application date in 2014. I did so but received an immediate notice that my account is locked for review (consolidation?) and would take up to 4 business days to be resolved.

 

Well, you guessed it, that would put me past my renewal deadline. I understand that I will likely be required to re-take the 16 hour course and wait the 4 or so months to be reinstated.

 

Anyone had a similar issue or made contact with ISP regarding access issues? Any assistance appreciated.
