Anyone know a good/great 1911 smith in the NW Suburbs. I used to go to the Gun Doctor in Roselle. Is he still THE guy to go to??

If anybody else comments,I'm looking for getting a competition 2011 trigger better on a stock STI Edge without sending it away.Can anybody vouch for any shop including Done Wright for trigger work ? I'm in North Aurora area.

Gun Doctor in Roselle for sure.
Haven't heard anything about him being out of business.

He did a few Wilsons for me in the past 4 years, but its been almost 2 years now!

The guy you both want is Glenn Nyenhuis  WCK Customs seven08-452-1315

 

He has done all on my 1911's including my 4 STI's one SA emp, glocks. and just about every gun I own really as well as my 3 gun stuff and other defensive guns.  He is in Elmwood Park.
