Half Way There - Maybe - Revoked F.O.I.D. Card & CCL

When someone is Praying and waiting to see if their F.O.I.D. Card and CCL, God Willing be reinstated, after a fraudulent EOP was used by an unethical Family Law Attorney.

I was surprised by County Sheriff’s Deputy showing up at my front door (first time ever). He was there to serve me with Divorce Papers and an EOP. Both a complete shock, after 20+ years of marriage.

Apparently, she didn’t desire for me to live in our family home, during the divorce, so her attorney got creative. However, in the 23 years under one roof, never a domestic call or need for one. No felonies ever and last misdemeanor, was a speeding ticket over 15 years ago.

But, she claimed verbal abuse and that was all it took!

However, the EOP was allowed to expire.

I did everything the expert (Molly - who we are so extremely fortunate to have in our corner) told me to do.

Now, my F.O.I.D. Card is showing Active.

This raises some new questions:

1) If the CCL is still showing revoked, does ISP hold up mailing the Active F.O.I.D. Card, until both show Active?

2) Once the F.O.I.D. Card shows Active, is this when the 6 months to a year waiting time to receive The F.O.I.D. Card in the mail, starts (if it is not held up waiting on the CCL)?

3) Is there anything that I should do or complete, since The F.O.I.D. Card states Active and the CCL still states Revoked?

I had just received my renewed F.O.I.D. Card 21 days before it had to be turned in and the CCL expiration was in 2022.

Thank you for any advice that I may receive!

Well, it took longer than I ever dreamed, but it is IL, so positive thinking and our faith, is what we have to always hang on to.

My FOID Card went active on 06/29/2020 (Revoked on 10/22/2019 From a Fraudulent EOP the Judge immediately seen right through the EOP, had the FOID Card for 34 years, with no issue. Plus, no criminal record, last misdemeanor was a speeding ticket 15 years ago).

I finally received the new FOID Card in the mail on 07/27/2020.

Full disclosure, there was an address change that went to the SOS Office on the same day that I mailed and faxed in the paperwork, requesting to remove the revocation on my FOID Card and CCL.

Now, I have a couple of questions about my revoked CCL.

Is there any additional paperwork at this time, that I should complete and provide to the ISP for my CCL?

My CCL was originally set to expire in late 2022 and fingerprints are on file. Does the one - two year processing time start over, since the ISP would now hopefully be moving from the FOID Card to my CCL?

Lastly, as it has been said many times, but still not enough, I give Molly B. credit for the entire process of success, because without her, we would be finished, before we ever began.

So, Molly B, thank you and may God Bless you for putting up with all this and not ever seeing a penny, nice plaque, or even a thank you card. This is why I believe everyone can easily through in $25 - $50 in for the cause.

Just take a moment and think how much we have all spent on our, firearms, ammunition, scopes, and the list goes on and on. We never stop and calculate it all up, but it might be $1,000 or $1,000,000.00. But, without Molly B., all that money is sitting idle. Again, what does it hurt to help keep this App going, with subject expert like Molly. B helping, it has to be the best in the nation and no I am not related to her, havenât even met her. But, I do owe her and a whole lot of you, owe her too!

God Bless,

Molly,

I faxed the completed form, copy of the certified court order, signed by the judge, allowing the EOP to expire on 11/14/2019, and a copy of my FOID Card.

On the fax cover sheet, I listed all of information, plus wrote the same exact information that I put in the box on the CCL Review form.

I received a confirmation of successful fax transmission of all 5 pages. It was at approximately at 11:30am cst. today; 08/06/2020

Thank you for you assistance in helping me in this matter!

Respectfully,

The following is a question on The NICS Questionnaire when buying a firearm:

The subject of a protective order issued after a hearing in which the respondent had notice that restrains them from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such partner. This does not include ex parte orders.

This is how my entire nightmare began in October of 2019, because my some-to-be-ex filed this with her divorce papers, because she didn’t want me living at the marital home; during the divorce. She claimed “Verbal Abuse.”

The judge let it expire and now, I finally received my FOID Card back, but not my CCL permit. However, all of my firearms are still in the marital home!

However, it looks like I will be denied, when buying a gun though.

Molly or anyone that has been through this, am I correct concerning this?

If your FOID card has been reinstated and you now have it back, you would no longer be considered a prohibited person. you should not have any problem purchasing a firearm.

Thank you so much Molly!
