kwc Posted April 14, 2016 at 09:29 PM Share Posted April 14, 2016 at 09:29 PM (edited) 430 ILCS 65/11 ( c ) of the FOID Act requires the Illinois State Police to provide an annual summary to the General Assembly of "all final decisions by a court of this State upholding, reversing, or reversing in part any administrative decision made by the Department of State Police."I obtained the last three reports via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. They are attached. You will recognize some of the cases that have been discussed here, and many others that haven't.I haven't read through all of these, but presume there is some information here that many of you will find interesting and worthwhile.Happy reading! 2014 FSB Court Hearings Report.pdf2015 FSB Court Hearings Report.pdf2016 FSB Court Hearings Report.pdf Edited April 14, 2016 at 09:35 PM by kwc

kwc Posted April 15, 2016 at 12:05 AM Author Share Posted April 15, 2016 at 12:05 AM One would think they would want information from Federal courts also 65/11 ( c ) leaves this a little bit unclear, but federal cases are included in the reports.
