Fantastic.

It gets better, I just updated my request to include communications (staff and student organizations within the school) with the Women’s March, as they are the ones who organized the 3/14/18 walkout for Parkland (and per the FOIA Officer, school officials were not happy about that and put their foot down)

As I said, this is all connected........

Elise has been at this for over 20 years. From the Chicago Tribune in 1996. Assault weapons were banned at the time, so gotta go after handguns!

http://articles.chic...-elderly-friend

VERNON HILLS To all of those who are opposed to handgun control laws, I ask this one question: Has anyone you loved been killed by a handgun?

If the answer is no, I suggest you spend an hour at the home of a victim. The week immediately following the murder might be especially effective. Listen to the widow as she sobs over the senseless loss of her best friend, her lover, her partner for many years. Explain to the victim's grown children why their source of emotional support and encouragement since birth has been so brutally ripped from their lives. Watch as the young elderly grandchild points to the sky constantly and asks if that's were Papa went. Tell the victim's elderly father why he has outlived his healthy, happy son. Provide a shoulder for the multitude of friends who are at a total loss because of a horrific, unprovoked attack that stole an integral part of their lives.

The death of a loved one is never easy to cope with, but when that death is caused by someone who "snapped" one day and murdered a husband, a father, a grandfather, a son, and a friend, it's almost unbearable. If a law prevents the killing of just one person, then isn't it worth passing?

So, I just found this. This is the reason MFOL is doing a cross country tour attacking republicans. Again, orders from Bloomberg.

https://www.nytimes....s-election.html

Michael R. Bloomberg, the billionaire former mayor of New York City, has decided to throw his political clout and personal fortune behind the Democratic campaign to take control of the House of Representatives this year, directing aides to spend tens of millions of dollars in an effort to expel Republicans from power.

Mr. Bloomberg — a political independent who has championed left-of-center policies on gun control, immigration and the environment — has approved a plan to pour at least $80 million into the 2018 election, with the bulk of that money going to support Democratic congressional candidates, advisers to Mr. Bloomberg said.

By siding so emphatically with one party, Mr. Bloomberg has the potential to upend the financial dynamics of the midterm campaign, which have appeared to favor Republicans up to this point. Facing intense opposition to President Trump and conservative policies, Republicans have been counting on a strong economy and heavily funded outside groups to give them a political advantage in key races, especially in affluent suburbs where it is expensive to run television ads.

From the man himself regarding this:

https://www.mikebloo...term-elections/

Over the years, I have supported candidates in both parties who were willing to break with partisanship and the special interests and seek common ground around solutions to make America better. I’ve focused my philanthropy partly around bipartisan gun safety, environmental and immigration reform measures, and my political giving has been focused around those priorities as well.
In the last election, for example, I spent nearly ten million dollars to help a Republican, Pat Toomey, get re-elected in Pennsylvania. I disagree with him on many issues. But after the Newtown, Connecticut shooting, he broke with the NRA and co-wrote a bipartisan bill to close the background check loophole.
At the same time, I spent roughly the same amount to help successfully elect a Democrat in New Hampshire – Maggie Hassan – who was running to defeat a Republican incumbent who had voted against Toomey’s bill.
This year, I'm supporting both Republican and Democratic gubernatorial candidates who have shown strong leadership on gun safety, the environment, education, and other critical issues facing the country.

And the focus areas (from first article)

Mr. Bloomberg’s intervention is likely to undermine that financial advantage by bankrolling advertising on television, online and in the mail for Democratic candidates in a dozen or more congressional districts, chiefly in moderate suburban areas where Mr. Trump is unpopular. Democrats need to gain 23 congressional seats to win a majority.

Adding this to my ammo box to use later on :)

Isn't sending political communications through official means (letterhead or e-mails) and/or on publicly paid time a crime?

You will not 'rise to the occasion', you will default to your level of training - plan accordingly.

Despite their rallying around us at election time, honoring only 8 hours of Illinois' 40+ hour law enforcement class towards a 16 hour requirement shows the contempt that our elected officials hold us in.

Between this thread and the Dan Ryan shutdown, you may see the term "gun violence reduction" used in lieu of the term "gun control".

This is not an accident, it's an intentional shift in language, as "gun control" was seen as "too oppressive" in studies.

Posted before, but she is in violation of the rules (since she is on the board of Patriot Parents Association). She’s using students, which are using their school email address, for political purposes.

Hauptmann is an appropriate name for a statist.

Whats even more concerning is that shes involved in the District 125 school system (specifically Stevenson High School) and helping with Students Demand Action......http://www.stevenson...web_version.pdfhQHHyPe.jpg
And what do ya know. Remember our friend Carolyn Pinta, who we met during the FOIA infiled for Buffalo Grove??LaritHX.jpg
Well no surprise, theyre buddieslG0zZ3R.jpgoIVQluOl.jpg

If anyone knows anything more about Elise Hauptman, please let me know. Not much is coming up with her online, but as you can see here, she’s involved with McHenry County MDA as well.

Looking like this paper talked to Kameron. Maybe the Twitter lies about selling guns in Chicago should resurface.
