soundguy Posted January 4, 2020 at 03:26 PM Share Posted January 4, 2020 at 03:26 PM Happy New Year? I just noticed a blue LIKE button in the reply area, and a bunch of other link buttons to share things with. Is this a new feature we want or a first of the year software upgrade? I am afraid to click on any of them... scares me. Thanks, Tim
raymond963 Posted January 4, 2020 at 03:36 PM Share Posted January 4, 2020 at 03:36 PM I just clicked on the Like button below the Reply section. It added a check mark and a 1 inside the button.
InterestedBystander Posted January 4, 2020 at 03:56 PM Share Posted January 4, 2020 at 03:56 PM Meh, I dont see this in the mode I use, but if the board is finally getting around to some upgrades, a like button would be at the very bottom of my list. EdDinIL Posted January 4, 2020 at 07:17 PM Share Posted January 4, 2020 at 07:17 PM I don't have FB, so I'll never click the Like button, or any of the other share functions, for that matter. That said, perhaps the new buttons shouldn't be allowed for topics that are secured behind an IC login, e.g. something in The Back Room.

Highly recommended! Its basically an internal DNS server that blocks ads, trackers etc...After filtering, dns requests are forwarded to cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or opendns...quad9 is also on the list.
