[/size]That title is incredibly misleading. 12 is barely a quarter of the states, and Supreme Court briefs on 2A cases regularly attract the support of 25 or more pro-gun state AGs. They're grasping at straws and trying to argue that there's greater support for these bans than there really is. The fact that they're doing this reeks of desperation. vito Posted October 24, 2017 at 01:54 PM Share Posted October 24, 2017 at 01:54 PM Where did the magic number of "10" come from? I'm surprised that some states are not pushing to limit guns to single rounds, on the basis that when the 2nd Amendment was written handguns only had one round. I believe that California's magazine limit is still 10 rounds. So this is calling for a 9 round limit now? This will make all those 10 round magazines for sale on Ebay illegal. I guess then it will be just 9 round magazines or less that would be for sale onn Ebay until California or some other state makes those illegal. spec4 Posted October 24, 2017 at 05:39 PM Share Posted October 24, 2017 at 05:39 PM Surprised Iowa is on the list. Other than making liberals feel they are doing something, this will not do anything besides inconveniencing law abiding citizens. As I've posted many times, the left will not rest until we are totally disarmed.

Passing National Reciprocity would not affect the way things are done in the Hawkeye State one iota!
Teufel Hunden Posted October 25, 2017 at 12:06 AM Share Posted October 25, 2017 at 12:06 AM The Iowa Attorney General is a Democrat. The Governorship, Senate and General Assembly are all controlled by Republicans.

You'd be surprised the number of far left wing idiots that flock to Iowa's cities.
