Permit from another exempt from basic pistol training?

Hey, my friend is an Illinois resident with Illinois Id, she still has a valid permit from Ohio. Will this exempt her from the first 8 hours of training? I know vets are exempt, as are those who have taken the NRA pistol course, what about someone with an Ohio ccp?

IIRC, a permit from another state is good for 4 hours, though I don't recall if all permits were accepted, or only those from certain states. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk

From the certificate options, I would say Ohio looks like a No.

It might be a lot of trouble, but if Ohio requires at least 4 hours of training and includes a live-fire requirement, might be able to get it added to the list.
