  1. I often think that anyone who says that is more than welcome to be the first to try it.
  2. Does that "Burdensome" status actually mean they're not going to comply with your request? Are they actually allowed to just do that? I mean obviously without a means to compel them to comply they can do whatever they want but like by law, can they just go "no, this makes us look bad we don't wanna do it?"
  3. I read this post 2 minutes after it was posted. I came back to tell you that I still have not stopped laughing and I have a headache now.
  4. As far as I can tell, as long as there's no pistol grip the only limiting factor on a semi-auto shotgun is the magazine tube capacity. IIRC it's limited to a 5 round tub so if the tube doesn't hold more than 5 (which you said 4), then yes you should be able to buy it.
  5. Le sigh. I've said before that I could not take the monetary loss associated with selling my house so that I could buy one in Indiana but you know, this one just might push me over the edge.
  6. I feel like this case would be one to follow but I have lost all faith in our judicial system at this point and feel like whatever judge presides over this case is going to go "tough nuts, sucks to be you" and that's going to be that.
  7. So weird, I put a bayonet on the end of my 590A1 and did the same thing.
  8. Glock 19 or one of the various gen 3 clones would be my recommendation, maybe you want to go rent one of the Sig P365 X-Macro Comps if anyone has one available for rental. That thing is surprisingly flat shooting and I don't think the recoil is bad on it.
  9. On the subject of "what is ammunition", since it requires a BGC now, a buddy of mine told me he bought bullets this week. Just bullets, for reloading. Not cartridges. Whatever store it was (didn't ask) and they asked for his FOID to run a check to make sure he's "allowed" to buy them. So yeah...a box of metal requires a background check now.
  10. Heck. I used to get registration reminders and emissions test notifications for cars I sold years after I sold them.
  11. The P365 X-Macro doesn't even have magazines other than the 17 round magazines it came with. Magazines with any other capacity, that fit other P365 models do not fit the X-Macro. Not sure what those guys are supposed to do.
  12. If there's ever a group of people that should be against civil disarmament, it should be the Jewish.
