Renewal denied because of training certificate

I did my training at Tombstone Gun Range and Training Center in Marion back in February. I've been checking my status fairly often, once or twice a week, and yesterday I saw that I had been denied due to an invalid training certificate. I called Tombstone this morning and they were aware of the problem and had me come in today. Apparently, when they changed to a new computer system, it dropped a number off the certificate. They printed a new one, had me sign it, and uploaded it for me. My status is once again stating Under Review so at least I'm legal to carry again.

 

I'm posting this to warn others who did their training at Tombstone to check their status and make sure they're not carrying while Denied. They'll take care of the problem and were very apologetic about it, but knowing there was a problem, it would have been nice if they would have contacted me when they found out about it.
