This statement sums up the whole issue of this 'discussion', or lack there of, nationwide. To Acevedo, apparently, it's a zero sum game, either more gun control laws, or nothing? Well, Chief, there ARE other steps that can be taken, that have nothing to do with more and more restrictive gun laws. Few have the balls to speak what they think, and if they do they are often fired. The Sheriff on the other hand is a different story in most cases. Cook not being one of them.
