Are any of you using the "sample" roster ISP sent out early this year?

I'm not.  Using our own...

Good grief.  Nothing like changing (AGAIN!!!!) everything we have set up.  If I didn't enjoy the instructing part so much I'd probably say "Forget it!"

Just checked the ISP Instructor info page.....still says hits have to be inside the 7 ring.  Furthermore, it says nothing about the latest rule changes.  Time to call Unes again, I guess.

What sample roster? I did not receive anything form the ISP. Can you please share?

Thank you

Ha! Receive something from ISP? Never.

They leave it up to us to keep up on their changes.

I'm sure there are instructors that aren't on IC that have no clue of the number of changes that have happened.

Remember folks, the ISP are our friends...

I am surprised we don't have to hire a certified videographer to record every class. That roster is a freaking joke and I am trying to figure out how I put that mess on one freaking page.

ExcelMan to the rescue - would there be interest in a Excel file with this stuff?

Did you ever mock anything up in Excel?

I created my own Excel file of a roster of every student that has taken the class with all required info. I also keep notes in a second attached spreadsheet regarding missing student information if certain items weren't required to be obtained at the time. Roster is updated with new student info during each new class, then password protected and stored in a safe the rest of the time.

Okay so not only are we required to keep record of students information, now we have to keep class roster, with all the data.  Like the State to make everything triplicate.

So has anyone here been audited yet?  I am wondering if they do a spot-check or if they request all the records from every class you have ever done....
