I doubt the AWB bill will go anywhere. The republicans have the majority in the Arizona house and Senate plus the governor is a republican. They probably have very few RINO replublicans or they wouldn't have passed constitutional carry.

Republican should submit a Bill calling for the State to provide (1) AR15 and (3) 30 round magazines to every AZ household that wants them ... just to pi_s off the Dems !!

Yea, what are it's real chances in Arizona. Just because it was introduced, doesn't mean it becomes law. Bills like this are introduced in any states with an Urban area, and thus some Dem state legislators.

I like where they restrict having the "assault weapon", assuming grandfathered weapon went through the registration process

(c) While engaged in the legal use of the assault weapon at a duly licensed firing range.

(d) While traveling to or from locations listed in this paragraph if the assault weapon is stored unloaded in a locked container during

 

So, since it includes EVERY semi-autp rifle with a detachable mag, can't hunt with almost all semi-auto rifles in existence.

But for how long?? With all the "refugees" escaping from "Kommiefornia", AND with Bloomnut pumping in millions (like he did in VA), what are the chances that will last past the next election? Especially in major metro areas like Phoenix and Tuscon?
