I have my renewal certificate but how do I get my photo onto my computer and then onto the website? Do I email the photo to myself and access my email from the work computer to add the photo? I then saved the image to my hard drive. Then when asked I uploaded the photo. I scanned my certificate with the office scanner and saved it to my network folder. I uploaded it from there. I saved both files to a thumb drive and deleted them from the network and my pc once the application was submitted. .
