Is it just me or are folks just getting stupider and stupider????? Common sense would say it would be very stupid to put on a mask and charge into a public place with something that looks like a gun and do an "assassination'". ESPECIALLY in a local that has concealed carry!

IF it is NOT the current law, then how can they "make" law or "change" law? Does that not require congress to act??

This has NEVER made sense to me. How can it be unconstitutional for one person but not for everyone one else? Doesn't that violate equal protection under the law?????? So their rights are more important than mine???? IF it is unconstitutional for ONE it is unconstitutional for ALL!

Look for them to slip it in right at the last minute to fast track it through in the dead of the night. Then tie it up in court for 10 years

It is way passed time for the Supreme Court to end this crap and rule that since Trump has not been charged with committing insurrection let a lone convicted of it! They are dragging their feet just like they are with the weapon ban crapola

They used Remington 870s with a metal folding stocks for guard duty in the Marines back around 1980. I had to "teach" a private how to "unload" one when he "unauthorized " racked one into the chamber BEFORE he challenged me and a couple others. We were where we were suppose to be and he was not. They issued him the shotgun , showed him how to rack one into chamber (carried it condition 3) but no other training.

There is a lot of information missing from that report so can't say if it was justified or not. I would think shooter would have to explain why he was in fear for his or someone else's life or threat of serious bodily harm. But I also think it is funny and down right karma that the maggot was shot in the butt!!!!

It is way passed time for the Supreme Court stand up and defend their rulings and ENFORCE their rulings by shutting down this merry-go-round circus the lower courts are playing as a stalling and delaying tactic. AND ALL TIME they are letting these lower courts do this, our constitutional rights are being trampled and flushed down the toilet.
