Welcome to IllinoisCarry.com this forum was started in an effort to advance concealed carry legislation in Illinois. There are a lot of clubs, associations but I thought they needed a place to get together and talk about how to get things done. Some people might laugh, concealed carry in Illinois never! Well with this forum we can educate people about this issue. 46 other states allow law abiding citizens to carry concealed. Why wont Illinois? Thats what the people of Illinois need to get working on.

Good to see this.
Maybe we can finally start to accumulate the bits and pieces to finally move things along, rather than being a scatterred group of shooting sports people with no real point of focus to work in.

Don you are right there seems to be so many groups out there that are working toward getting concealed carry passed, but we need to have a place where we can give out information on what is going on. And once we get the information here we can move on calling legislators and getting the information out on concealed carry to the public. 46 other states allow law abiding citizens to carry concealed, if I am a lawabideing citizen why cant I take on the responsibility of concealed carry if I choose to do so?
