In his ruling, published Nov. 12, U.S. District Judge Robert Lasnik granted a motion for summary judgment, ruling that the administrations decision to allow the unlimited distribution on the internet of data files for untraceable, undetectable 3D-printed guns was arbitrary, capricious and unlawful. Euler Posted November 15, 2019 at 07:12 PM Share Posted November 15, 2019 at 07:12 PM The case is about ITAR. The judge is ruling that 3D files for guns are themselves munitions and may not be exported, even though the Dept of Commerce (which governs ITAR) says it's okay. steveTA84 Posted November 16, 2019 at 01:06 AM Author Share Posted November 16, 2019 at 01:06 AM LWW's attacking the 2nd amendment by attacking the first amendment. I know plenty of liberals who I agree a lot with (and work with on my stuff). We have our differences, but we all agree that government should be limited and our rights are off limits for negotiation. They are also against many in the DNC and feel that they themselves no longer have a party. ANYONE who supports the politicians and judges just because they are Democrat really don’t know a damn thing other than “party first”. Classic liberalism is dead. New liberals are tyrannical commies (and even some dems agree with this).

Bitter Clinger Posted November 16, 2019 at 12:44 PM Share Posted November 16, 2019 at 12:44 PM So, the judge never said WHY he thinks it's unlawful. Probably because it isn't and is protected by the 1A.He needs to get over it.
BobPistol Posted November 16, 2019 at 05:49 PM Share Posted November 16, 2019 at 05:49 PM How on earth is defending the 1st and 2nd Amendments "arbitrary, capricious and unlawful"? Because people use both to oppose LWW's totalitarianism.

That's what's going to be said when his ruling is overturned.
