That means you wll not be allowed to carry at your Church, Synagogue, Temple, Mosque. THIS MUST BE STOPPED! Copy of bill attached.
kwc Posted February 22, 2019 at 02:56 PM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 02:56 PM Lots of bad bills are being submitted, and clearly this is one of them. Not sure the timing is right to move the masses to contact their representatives. This bill is sitting in the rules committee and hasn’t even been assigned to another committee yet. dukemason Posted February 22, 2019 at 03:24 PM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 03:24 PM Something like this bill makes absolutely no sense. Apparently it's safer in their minds if everyone is sitting ducks.

Apparently it's safer in their minds if everyone is sitting ducks. That's the plan, they need piles of dead bodies so they can exploit the victims and scare the public into wanting more gun control / less rights. these sick wackos look forward to the next killing. Use examples of shootings in houses of worship in the past http://i.imgur.com/Qtq2G5W.jpg Because our country was founded on the principal the government has a place telling churches how, where and under what conditions they should conduct their worship... Sounds like a typical IL politician. If an individual church doesn't want someone carrying, they can post a sign. It's really easy stuff, Mr. Kalish should be able to understand this. BigJim Posted February 22, 2019 at 04:53 PM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 04:53 PM This makes perfect sense to me. They can't outright ban carry so they'll just keep making more and more places into GFZs until the only place left to carry is your home (if it's a single family dwelling). Next they'll introduce a bill making all businesses gun free so the children will feel safe when they tag along with mommy and daddy on a shopping trip. Scipio24 Posted February 22, 2019 at 05:03 PM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 05:03 PM Didn't Mary Shepard file a lawsuit against the state of Illinois specifically about being able to carry in a church?!? I mean, legally, can the state even pass this since it was her lawsuit that helped usher in concealed carry?

Mr. Fife Posted February 22, 2019 at 05:37 PM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 05:37 PM Does Rabbi Yehiel M. Sad but true. Many of us knew that a democrat triple majority would unleash a torrent of bills, most of which are bad and make no sense at all. Unfortunately, the "bought & paid for " voters in this state (the majority of which are in the "Shicago" area) do what they are told. Then there are the "brain-dead" libs in such places as various universities, these misled, "indoctrinated" youngsters that have not yet lived long enough to appreciate the lives and freedoms afforded them by this country. THE KING Posted February 22, 2019 at 07:19 PM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 07:19 PM I have a question and it's something to really think about. If there truly is a separation of church and state, then how can the state impose its will on the church especially regarding a constitutional right. It just seems wrong and unconstitutional to me. But hey what do I know.
