mauserme Posted May 15, 2020 at 12:06 AM Share Posted May 15, 2020 at 12:06 AM Keep in mind that calling a special session does nothing to prevent a regular session while they're in Springfield. There will be some things in fact, like adjourning the Spring Session, that have to be done during a regular session. We'll need to be watchful during this time. Euler Posted May 18, 2020 at 05:21 AM Share Posted May 18, 2020 at 05:21 AM Even though there probably won't be any 2A bills, do you suppose we'll have a chance to file witness slips on the things the ILGA tries to pass?
mauserme Posted May 18, 2020 at 11:29 AM Share Posted May 18, 2020 at 11:29 AM I think we may see some hearings scheduled, possibly as soon as Wednesday. We'll be watching the amendments on SB1966, of course.
