JoshK Posted October 28, 2019 at 08:06 PM Share Posted October 28, 2019 at 08:06 PM Anyone know if ISP actually answers the phones? I have been on hold for 45+ minutes a few times already with no answer. I messed up when updating my address and there is no way to re edit it without contacting someone. It says it will be cleared out after 30 days but it has been over that time period and still says pending payment. Do I have any other options besides trying to wait on hold for hours to maybe get a response? Thanks,Josh
InterestedBystander Posted October 28, 2019 at 08:16 PM Share Posted October 28, 2019 at 08:16 PM yes, they answer the phones, but odds are not good to reach them. From what I recall they have 5 to 8 people working in the department and are receiving thousands of phone calls per day

Bubbacs Posted October 28, 2019 at 10:26 PM Share Posted October 28, 2019 at 10:26 PM In reading what you said, you haven’t paid for the address change yet.So if you haven’t paid for it then there is NO change of address going through. And if the adjustment to the address won’t let you in, I’d wait until it does allow it. Is this the FOID or the CCL? I’d venture to say the address doesn’t need immediate attention. You have an explanation for the address IF it comes up some how. Did you already change the drivers license? I’d not panic and sit for hours on hold as that isn’t a quality of life experience! In the mean time, I’d do some reading here at IC and get familiar with the processes and help yourself in the long run. Good Luck and Welcome to the forums.
