Can someone here cite those several cases as the author certainly did not.

Can someone here cite those several cases as the author certainly did not.
No court will say it so bluntly. Just like illegal immigration, no one will come out and say they're for open borders but when you run down every possible mechanism for enforcement, they're against it. They're weasels.
