So does HA2 mean that the 1000 yard distance from residences that counties could pass into an ordinance language has been completely removed from HB0676?

HB676 is making me very angry. If passed as is (and if I'm reading it correctly!!) Eventually, county by county, every single gun range and every single gun hunting opportunity/property/spot/whatever would effectively be banned. 1000 yards from residences in the state of IL is darn hard to accomplish!
