incoming Posted February 20, 2019 at 04:39 AM Share Posted February 20, 2019 at 04:39 AM When I tried to upload my JPG pic to the ISP website, it looked distorted like it was squeezed. I tried with another pic, same thing. Both pics look perfectly normal on my desk top and on my cell phone. Since I could not rectify the problem , I submitted the application which was accepted without a hitch. Will this cause me a problem? If they choose to use it as they have for some instead of the drivers license pic, should I start clamping my head in a vice to adjust for the new permit? Anyone had similar experience? incoming Posted February 20, 2019 at 04:50 AM Author Share Posted February 20, 2019 at 04:50 AM Did you submit it anyways and have you received your permit? I am thinking it will not matter as when viewed on a PC all is good.

Craigcelia Posted February 20, 2019 at 06:41 AM Share Posted February 20, 2019 at 06:41 AM Yes it happens every time I've helped friends or family with it. Would not be concerned. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Hatchet Posted February 20, 2019 at 01:03 PM Share Posted February 20, 2019 at 01:03 PM Probably should clamp your head... Nah its fine, it because the picture is rectangular i'm assuming and the preview box is square.
Retired1 Posted February 22, 2019 at 04:13 AM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 04:13 AM This was posted on Facebook by a Firearms dealer/CCL instructor. The person who had the CCL Revoked because of the Expired FOID, would have to make the call!!! If you can get someone to answer the phone!!!! ***ATTENTION*** Conceal Carry Permit Holders if you allow your FOID card to expire and receive notice from the ISP that your CCL has been suspended. Please DO NOT attempt to go through the appeals process on the FOID/CCL website.Follow these instructions:1.) Immediately submit an application for renewal of your FOID.2.) Contact ISP firearms division by phone and request the CCL to be re-activated.*** If you do submit an appeal request of your CCL through the "CCL Appeals process" it will have to go through the entire process! It may take up to several months.*** I have just been made aware of this issue and want to get the word out. Please like and share!
Mr. Fife Posted February 22, 2019 at 05:09 PM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 05:09 PM I thought they didn't answer phones at ISP.
barryware Posted February 22, 2019 at 05:22 PM Share Posted February 22, 2019 at 05:22 PM I thought they didn't answer phones at ISP.Discussed in my renewal class.. The instructor(s) stated that ISP never answers the phone(s).. Resistance is futile.. Just wondering.. There is an ISP office I used to drive by every day back and forth to work (Lake Street (RT 20) and RT 31).. What would happen if you went into the office in person?
