What is the going price of the Nagant revolver now?

I attempted to buy a C&R pistol from an online vendor and was told they cannot sell to me because I live in Chicago. I asked if they have reviewed their policy in light of the recent legal changes in Chicago and they have agreed to revisit their policy. I'm redacting identifying information.

we have not changed our older policy yet, BUT now with the recent changes we
will examine the policy BUT it will take awhile, anytime attorneys are
involved, things slow WAY down.
