R. 1540 (The National Defense Authorization Act ) that allows what you have written and joked about to actually happen. I don't see anything in your post that I would blow off or take lightly. I'm afraid of this as well. The S.C. hangs one by one vote for most issues. If Obama has his way with the court, there will be nothing left of our country!
