Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that the first violation of a Firearm Owner's Identification Card holder's failure to report a lost or stolen firearm is a Class C misdemeanor (rather than a petty offense).These imbeciles have no idea how this is both unnecessary and how big of an impact it will have in closing down most FFLs in Illinois.I assure you they have every idea of what it will do. He sent me a response..... "I am going to support some of those bills. As a gun owner myself, and someone who grew up hunting in South Dakota, we need to do a better job than we are doing, without denying anybody their 2nd Amendment rights."
