Samymotta Posted August 2, 2020 at 01:58 AM Share Posted August 2, 2020 at 01:58 AM 118 days from 3/20/2020 my ccl was rejected stating it was incomplete, because I forgot to sign my certificate of my 16th hour training, I updated the file that same day with my signature and the next day I decide to get my finger prints and upload the file as well. It has been 15 days from it and still under review, if any one can help me I will appreciate it, or if any information that can be provided to speed the process. Bubbacs Posted August 2, 2020 at 02:25 AM Share Posted August 2, 2020 at 02:25 AM your timeline starts when accepted and complete.so when ever you signed the cert and submitted it is when you start counting. but when you say you forgot to sign the training, are you the instructor? IANAL
InterestedBystander Posted August 2, 2020 at 03:24 AM Share Posted August 2, 2020 at 03:24 AM You wont want to hear this but I doubt upon uploading prints TCN and signed certificate that you are going to pick up where day 118 ended in your wait. Molly B can tell you if theres a particular request or appeal form that might be helpful.

mkhalil61 Posted August 2, 2020 at 03:50 PM Share Posted August 2, 2020 at 03:50 PM Give them a reason to reject or take away your rights and the ISP will gladly do it. Its up there in the list of terrible states in regards to 2A rights
junglebob Posted August 2, 2020 at 06:36 PM Share Posted August 2, 2020 at 06:36 PM Give them a reason to reject or take away your rights and the ISP will gladly do it. Its up there in the list of terrible states in regards to 2A rights It could be worse. You could be in the terrible state of New Jersey where only .01% of the people have a LTC. AIthough it is slow at least Illinois is shall issue, when they get around to it.
InterestedBystander Posted August 2, 2020 at 07:01 PM Share Posted August 2, 2020 at 07:01 PM It could be worse. If we could get less of a Chicago influence and quit electing Dem governors and legislators. Maybe use some of that $30M+ instead of sweeping it to hire staff, update technology and get more efficient. We know it can be done from other states. I know...not likely soon. Hopefully those 2M+ FOID holders will get out and vote this year. Back to the post topic...If Molly doesnt have a request/appeal form you can submit, then as mentioned above the calendar may have been reset. The rules and processes arent exactly clearly defined to the public nor necessarily consistent.
Mr. Fife Posted August 2, 2020 at 07:23 PM Share Posted August 2, 2020 at 07:23 PM Shouldn't be that hard to do. You folks living outside of Chicago start having more kids, about 4 or 5,maybe six. Raise them with your good values and in 18 years we might have a chance.

Rem870 Posted August 3, 2020 at 04:12 PM Share Posted August 3, 2020 at 04:12 PM Similar thing happened to me when I renewed. they took a full 120 to reject the application for a number that was incorrect. I fixed it that day and resubmitted. It took another full 120 days after that for it to be approved. All in all it was 8 months to renew my CCL.
