45b Posted May 1, 2018 at 06:09 PM Share Posted May 1, 2018 at 06:09 PM Don't be in a hurry to issue the new certificates. I got the updated certificates from the ISP. Tried to fill them out to test and it wont take enough characters on the class id section. It only takes 6 characters and my class id is 7 characters long. I sent them an email. THE KING Posted May 1, 2018 at 09:39 PM Share Posted May 1, 2018 at 09:39 PM I did the same thing. Both certificates have the same fault. NICE job on catching that. Would you let us know what the ISP says when you get a response from them.

NRApistol Posted May 2, 2018 at 01:22 AM Share Posted May 2, 2018 at 01:22 AM I opened both forms with Adobe Designer and increased the the character value to 7 for the Curriculum ID fields in both forms. Took less than 5 minutes, let`s see how long it takes the ISP. I did lose the watermark however. Another thought, why isn`t there a place for the applicant`s license number, after all it is a renewal?
semper1911 Posted May 2, 2018 at 04:15 PM Share Posted May 2, 2018 at 04:15 PM I am not seeing the Class ID anywhere, my forms work fine.
45b Posted May 2, 2018 at 04:21 PM Author Share Posted May 2, 2018 at 04:21 PM Sorry I did not word it correctly. The Class ID or CURRICULUM ID #: It identifies the ISP approved course that we taught. My number is 7 digits, and they only programmed in 6 spaces for the fillable section.
