I sent a contact on 9/19/2018 about my CCL still "under review" and why there has been no movement to make it active over a simple address change. I was not naughty with them but "firm". No response yet - but it went active the next day 9/20/2018!!It only took 3 weeks for my FOID to get cleared - what the poo poo? These folks would never make it if they had to compete with the private business sector.Don't have enough manpower?? Not my problem!If your in business - never - NEVER make your customers wait for a simple response or be the loser over a legitimate complaint! They'll leave a message to call them back and consider you 'contacted'.
