"This bill makes Indiana the first state to offer a permit without a fee of any kind, and one of only eight requiring a permit that requires no training of any kind. The permit is available only to Indiana residents, but the state has reciprocity agreements with 32 other states."

Geez

Crime is down both Lori Flatfoot and FatHead Ed say so.

They have the numbers.

Their plans are working efficiently now, and only after a week in charge.

Lori even went so far as to go to a few crime scenes, not the one where the lady fell on top of her baby outside the Mercedes AMG.

You might remember, the one where the baby daddy went after the shooters with a tec9?

And let's not forget that Lori says these are crimes of poverty..............

But paying high fees keeps the children safe puts a money test on exercising a constitutional right.

ignore the 30+ that were shot in under 12 hours in only 1 city. https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/breaking/ct-met-chicago-shootings-violence-20190601-story.html

Even when there's no guns involved, the destruction continues.

I know this is old, but was searching for "Indiana ccw" today.

just wanted to say that an Indiana CCW is most definitely available to out-of-state residents provided they either own a business in Indiana, or are employed by an Indiana based company, and can obtain proof of employment on a company letterhead.

Nah, nah, this can't be. But I guess it can...

Everybody knows that the minute a person crosses the state line into Illinois they automatically become irresponsible and uncontrollably inclined to use firearms not just irresponsibly, but illegally. /Sarcasm off/

It never fails to amaze me that the difference in crime rates between Indiana/Indianapolis and Illinois/Chicago doesn't get more scrutiny, considering the vast differences in firearms laws that govern the two states and those cities.

FWIW.

Also pointedly ignoring the fact that the shooters did not have FOID's or FCCL's, and likely could not have gotten them due to previous felony histories, or gang/drug arrests.
