I'm pretty sure that's why HB3462 "Hunter Education" had to be renamed "Hunter Safety" to get it passed. The ILGA didn't want hunters that were educated. It wanted hunters that were controlled. BB and pellet guns, whether spring-loaded or air-driven, are banned. It kind of reminds me of Feinstein showing off an AR-15 on the Senate floor.
