Rep Sandoval stages mock President Trump assassination

Seems Rep Sandoval (D-Chicago) is fine and dandy with participating in a mock assassination of President Trump. I hope he receives a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, and publicized visit by the Secret Service.

This is the exact type of activity that encourages those mentally-ill people to cross over from fantasy to action, IMO.

Sandoval should be removed from office and denied ANY/ALL benefits/retirement.

How about throwing their beloved 'red flag'?

Don't be an idiot, there are existing laws without invoking red flags.

I hate that I have to inform our side what Red Flag laws actually mean, but here we are. I hope your screen name doesn't imply you're a lawyer.

Red Flag laws are administrative (non judicial) warrants issued to violate 4th ammendment search and seizure laws where no crime has actually been commited. Somehow the book on chargeable precrimes is not thick enough to detain anyone, anytime, for any reason. The government has decided they need more latitude to kick in doors.

Instead of attacking others, why don't you present YOUR OPINION on what should happen to this Democratic State Senator?

I don't need to mince "OPINIONS" when facts are involved. It's a FACT that we don't need red flag laws, even for this politician because we already have laws on the books to prosecute. I linked the factual statute from the government department of Justice website.

If you advocate for the use of red flag laws, even against someone you don't like you are an enemy of freedom. You are an advocate for violating the 4th ammendment, which is equally as bad as an advocate for violating the 2nd ammendment, or any natural right.

If a politician has immunity from statutes on the books how do you think you're going to fair against additional encroachments of your 4th ammendment by those very politicians.

Facts don't care about your feelings, snowflake.
