What's reasonable is to wait until we get an email from ISP, but this is Illinois, so I check about once a day, usually in the evening before heading home from the office. It's now June 17th and I'm still hung up at "under review".There hasn't been any changes in my status since I've been checking it. There's at least 1 other of my classmates who've been active since about 2 weeks ago. I've got no arrest record and can't imagine what could be holding it up. By the end of August 2016 I had went to Under Board Review . As of today June 20 2017 , I just went back to Under Review. So hopefully I am close to getting mine or not . There were short-term peaks in the # applicants in Nov 16 and Mar 17, but these were well below last year's high in April 2016. I'm about as squeaky clean as we come, and I got stopped one morning, very early, still dark out. After the officer refused to answer my question as to why he stopped me, and I was visually annoyed by it, then after he ran me through the database I asked him why he stopped me, again. He said he stopped me because of the clear plastic iPass holder above my RV mirror. I told him that's where the provided instructions says to mount it. He rebutted, so I asked him if he was kidding me. He said, "I could write you a ticket for the view obstruction violation". I said, "yes, please do." He said, "well, I'm not gonna write a ticket." I said, "thought so, are we done here?" He said, "yes we're done". He seemed annoyed and embarrassed at the same time. We all know that feeling.
