chicagoresident Posted December 9, 2017 at 05:20 PM Share Posted December 9, 2017 at 05:20 PM Please be mindful of what you put in that student database and the measures you take to secure it. http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2012/12/foghorn/new-york-newspaper-publishes-list-of-concealed-carry-permit-holders-names-addresses/ Remember this? Also, if you upload it to any online file service and don't set the proper permissions it could very easily end up indexed in Google's search results. Kaeghl Posted December 9, 2017 at 07:26 PM Share Posted December 9, 2017 at 07:26 PM Just play with the Excel, naming and adjusting columns and rows. Roster number, last name, first name, middle name, address, phone, FOID number, class date, what ever you want to record or keep track of. You can even record how you advertised the class or who the referral for class was from. Keep it on the cheap 'puter you keep your checking account and personal files on. The most secure computer is one that will NEVER be internet connected.

InterestedBystander Posted December 11, 2017 at 02:13 AM Share Posted December 11, 2017 at 02:13 AM There are a number of free excel templates out there for teacher/student purposes. You could always grab one of those and modify, just depends on how complicated you want to get
