  1. This explains a lot: https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/ny-ag-letitia-james-flips-nras-former-second-in-command/
  2. Black's law dictionary is a better source. It defines heir as "A person who succeeds . . . . upon the death of an ancestor . . . ". So you cannot be an heir until someone dies. Yes, there is an heir apparent and an expected heir, (along with several others) but the statute does not use those terms, it uses "heir".
  3. What the heck . . . . I'll finish it. LOCK
  4. According to the Southern District's website: In light of the public health crisis due to the COVID-19 virus and per reasons set forth in Amended Administrative Order #266, public access to hearings is available via teleconference as noted in PACER/CMECF.

The court stated that even if the Plaintiff had proved causation, the court would still have dismissed the complaint on public policy grounds as the alleged negligence was too remote from the injury. 7. Or if you ever get to Wisconsin, they have been legal there for the past year and a half. Lots of places to just walk in and buy one.
  8. Here is one. S30V steel too. http://www.bladehq.com/item--Smith-Wesson-Military-Police--13611
  9. I don't know if they will ship to an Illinois address, but be aware that they are still illegal to possess as of right now. I personally have acquired two recently, shipped to a Wisconsin address. They will remain in Wisconsin until legal to possess in Illinois.
  10. Fact is, they are still illegal to possess in Illinois for another 8 days or so. I have already checked out their site a month ago when I first heard of them though.
  11. Yes but they cannot send them through the US mail. They have to ship via common carrier, i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, etc.
  12. Last time I looked, there were 545 bills on the Gov's desk. I'm sure this one isn't a priority for him. He isn't going to sign it. 15 more days to go.
