Glock21 Posted February 23, 2012 at 10:11 PM Posted February 23, 2012 at 10:11 PM Fortress will be presenting the State of Utah Certified Carry Permit Course, Saturday, March 24th, from 9am-2pm,in Crete, IL Utah will issue carry permits to out of state residents who meet the training requirements. This is the course you need to satisfy that standard. Cost is $125 per student. $100 per student for groups of 3, or more.
