Molly B. Posted September 24, 2007 at 04:52 PM Posted September 24, 2007 at 04:52 PM Washington County goes YELLOW! Resolution is on their agenda for Tuesday Oct. 9th. If you are in Washington County please call the county board members and voice your support!
lockman Posted September 26, 2007 at 06:12 PM Posted September 26, 2007 at 06:12 PM Does anyone else think it would be a good idea to split this off under its own topic? With subtopics like the updated map? or individual county updates and progress?
Molly B. Posted September 27, 2007 at 04:06 PM Posted September 27, 2007 at 04:06 PM Marion County Law Committee will hear the resolution Wed. Oct.3. If it passes the committee it will go before the full board. Do we have anyone here or know of anyone in Marion County that could attend this meeting in support of the resolution? Is there a shooting club in Marion County? Molly B.

SmershAgent Posted September 27, 2007 at 07:10 PM Posted September 27, 2007 at 07:10 PM The official website has Stark County coded red for a failure. Does anyone know what happened up there? http://www.pro2aresolution.com/id12.html

Ol'Coach Posted September 27, 2007 at 10:42 PM Posted September 27, 2007 at 10:42 PM I'm leaving it white, since no vote was taken, meaning it was not defeated.
SmershAgent Posted September 27, 2007 at 11:02 PM Posted September 27, 2007 at 11:02 PM I'm leaving it white, since no vote was taken, meaning it was not defeated. I agree with your interpretation.
Blaster Posted September 28, 2007 at 03:09 AM Posted September 28, 2007 at 03:09 AM Today I received a copy of the Resolution that will go before the Montgomery Co. Board. They had to "format" the Resolution, I was worried they would make some changes but they didn't. Resolution goes before the full board Oct. 9th
Ol'Coach Posted September 28, 2007 at 04:04 AM Posted September 28, 2007 at 04:04 AM Way to go Blaster!

GarandFan Posted September 28, 2007 at 04:22 PM Posted September 28, 2007 at 04:22 PM Winnebago County...GREEN. http://www.pro2aresolution.com/id12.html All I can say is.....Oh My God. With no intention to belittle the efforts in other counties, Winnebago represents (in my mind) the biggest victory we've seen yet. Given it's relative position to Chicago, and in northern Illinois, and that it's one of the largest counties outside Chicagoland, the passage of the resolution there is hugely significant. Anyone have details? I can't help but suppose that there will be retro-active opposition to the resolution in Winnebago. Man, and I excited!! Kudos to everyone for their hard work on this issue!!!
Molly B. Posted September 28, 2007 at 04:26 PM Posted September 28, 2007 at 04:26 PM Way to go Raiven!!! I think this is a huge win! Molly B.

Blazer Posted September 29, 2007 at 12:43 AM Posted September 29, 2007 at 12:43 AM Let's get a little closer to the throne. The only grassroots orginization of ISRA is located in Will county and one of the "collar counties" . I know we have some here from Will. A little deeper cut to the bone would be just "fantabulos". Any takers? Guess not!!

ishmo Posted September 30, 2007 at 06:04 PM Posted September 30, 2007 at 06:04 PM Just a quick update on my DuPage effort. The lawyer I mentioned a while back has circulated a copy of the resolution I sent him among his lawyer friends, they're all going to give it a look see and suggest tweaks they think necessary to get it passed in DuPage. Will post more when I hear anything.
Ocellairs Posted September 30, 2007 at 10:45 PM Posted September 30, 2007 at 10:45 PM I was able to make contact with my person who is doing the Cumberland County resolution. According to him it is to be placed on their calendar next month. He is to contact me as soon as he can confirm the resolution is on the calendar. So next month (just a matter of days), we may have another yellow county.
