The Anti's must have kidnapped everybody in this town.

Nobody was there except a half-dozen police cruisers.

If this meeting was going on tonite, it sure must have been low-key. A darker building I never saw. Lights out for sure.

The meeting was there!

It was in the Gym, which has windows facing Campbell.

The lower panel of the windows are frosted, so we can't out or in, but you would have seen lights on.

And if the police cars had been flashing lights, we would have noticed that.

The flyer was on the Gym doors facing Campbell, and were held open until about 7:15.

Were you at the Posen Civic Center?

Sounds like he may have gone the municipal building on Walter Zimny Dr.. That would explain the police cruisers.

Yikes!

That's exactly what I did. Went to the wrong place and circled the block, but had I gone one more block to the North I would have smelled the gunpowder. Could not figure out what went wrong. Next time will triple check addresses and ask people around for any info.

Will have to attend the Lemont one for pennance.

Work kept me from getting there at 7, I walked in about 8. I counted about 20 attendees, leaving out those that were hosts and speakers. The few people I spoke with only recently found out about the meeting there in Posen. I posted some flyers in town and had some others lined up to attend but other things kept them away. Since this was my first town hall meeting I wasn't sure what to expect as far as attendance. 20 people though, not a big turnout.

A little disappointed in the turn out. It seems there may have been an intentional attempt to keep folks away. However,

that will not keep us from getting our message out. I was told that of the 25 or so who attended, they are very interested in what

we had to say.

I'm not surprised that some would attempt to stifle freedom, I wonder how those people sleep at night though.

Also keep in mind that even though we may have had few supporters there we still greatly outnumbered the antis. Where were they? Why didn't they show up? Do they not care enough?

What?? What could have been the "intentional attempt to keep folks away" ?? What were the methods employed??
