No "New Content"

More often than not, when I click on New Content, I'm told there is "No new content" when in fact there is. It doesn't do this all the time, but probably two out of three times, at least. My browser accepts cookies, it does it at home and work, I use Chrome, any ideas?

Add this to your bookmarks. Everything in the last 24 hours:
