I am headed down early Wednesday morning. I have room for three. I live west of Sandwich and will use I-80 to I-39 down to Bloomington and then I-55 to Springfield. I will be returning the same night, reversing the route. I do not smoke (and nor will passengers in my wife's car because I fear her above all others) Want me to pick you? It looks like I procrastinated too long on getting a seat on the bus as it says no more sales, or something to that effect. That is unless someone from the Sterling/Rock Falls/Dixon areas is up for carpooling. I'm willing to throw some money in for gas.

This is my first IGOLD, and your post was the first I've heard of the reception. I'm taking Amtrak from Chicago, and my return train doesn't leave until 7:30 pm. This sounds a lot better than grabbing dinner at a restaurant!
