colt-45 Posted February 4, 2012 at 07:50 PM Posted February 4, 2012 at 07:50 PM the NRA needs to put one on to counter it.
4thestars Posted February 4, 2012 at 08:01 PM Posted February 4, 2012 at 08:01 PM Link from Yahoo http://news.yahoo.com/special-report-bloomberg-reloads-push-gun-control-124037455.html From the article: "Suburban women, Lake said, who are known to be swing voters, want guns kept out of their neighborhoods." As a suburban woman, I'm going to feel safer knowing that every law-abiding neighbor can legally possess as many guns as they choose.
Geneseo1911 Posted February 4, 2012 at 09:06 PM Posted February 4, 2012 at 09:06 PM I read the whole article. Now I feel like I need to take a shower.
Tvandermyde Posted February 5, 2012 at 04:34 PM Posted February 5, 2012 at 04:34 PM The simple take away, is that while the Brady name is still around, the real power these days is Bloomberg and his cash. They are going to try and split the baby and have those nice talking progressives talk about just wanting background checks to stop criminals from buying guns and those evil assualt rifles that the SSG knows about cause it's what he carried. They will try and white wash it with I support the Second Amendment, BUT.......
mikew Posted February 5, 2012 at 05:50 PM Posted February 5, 2012 at 05:50 PM Bloomberg was trying to sell it on Meet The Press today, too, the show had a lead-in to the Super Bowl.
milq Posted February 5, 2012 at 05:54 PM Posted February 5, 2012 at 05:54 PM I read the whole article. Now I feel like I need to take a shower. Me too, but the comments section was overwhelmingly in support of 2A Rights. Usually you see a handful of those who agree with Bloomie, but I went back 22 hours worth of comments and didn't see any at all.
Davey Posted February 5, 2012 at 08:03 PM Posted February 5, 2012 at 08:03 PM Super bowl commercial. Ratings disabled but not before It got clobbered with thumbs downs.
Xwing Posted February 5, 2012 at 08:30 PM Posted February 5, 2012 at 08:30 PM That whole article is rubbish. This is what happens when Yahoo simply re-badges ABC news. I made sure to add my comment and vote on the existing ones.
TFC Posted February 5, 2012 at 10:13 PM Posted February 5, 2012 at 10:13 PM Super bowl commercial. Ratings disabled but not before It got clobbered with thumbs downs. Someone reposted it... and it's getting battered... no one is fooled it seems.
Talonap Posted February 5, 2012 at 10:27 PM Posted February 5, 2012 at 10:27 PM Anyone have a link to the reposted one? All I can find is the one with comments disabled...
