He doesn't want to spend several thousand dollars, but instead would prefer to pay the fine and be done with it. If someone would like to write out a big, fat check on this to proceed to the Appellate court, then by all means, have at it. $5000 would probably get it started. $15k more might finish it. However, I suspect it's going nowhere for the time being. John
